Citizens' Assistance Program

The Citizens' Assistance Program operates the City Information Center in the lobby of the City Administration Building and maintains the Citizen Services Directory, a searchable database of phone numbers and addresses of City departments, programs, and agencies.

This program also schedules the use of the City Administration Building for lobby displays and administers the Citywide Route Slip Tracking System for responses to public inquiries, complaints, and service requests directed to the City's legislative officials.

Public Information employees provide direct assistance to the public in response to telephone or in-person inquiries at the City Administration Building Lobby and perform as-needed ombudsman services for customers.

The City Information Center is located in the lobby of the City Administration Building, 202 C Street. The phone number is (619) 236-5555.
